Survivors are brother, Rick Herod and Debbie of Tulsa, OK; nephews, Joshua Herod of Vian, OK and Matthew Herod of Gans, OK; niece, Jennifer Stoner of Vian, OK; great-nephews, Gavin Herod and Ryker Covey; great-nieces, Nicki Stoner, Brooklyn Herod and Kylie Covey; sister-in-law, Leslie Herod of Vian, OK; niece-in-law, Jan Herod of Vian, OK; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Marty Herod.
