Graveside Service for Dustin Allen Smith, 34, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on May 23, 1985 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Michelle René’ (Allen) Taylor and Vernon Lee Smith and passed away on March 25, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was a general laborer and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

1 son: Derek Smith of Sallisaw, OK;

2 daughters: Emily Jo Smith of Sallisaw, OK and Marleigh Smith of Sallisaw, OK;

mother: MIchelle Taylor of Sallisaw, OK;

father: Lee Smith of Sallisaw, OK;

special friend: Rikki Jo Sanders;

grandmothers: Barbara Newton of Sallisaw, OK and Wanda Smith of Sallisaw, OK;

2 brothers: Nathan Smith of South Carolina and Isaac Smith of Sallisaw, OK;

1 sister: Sara Smith of California;

nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: R.L. Smith and Jay C. Newton and his uncle: Terry Smith.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 4 PM Monday, 10 AM – 4 PM Tuesday and 10 AM – 4 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
