He was born on September 25, 1963 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Retha (Moquett) Hardwick and Earnest V. Hardwick and passed away on July 29, 2024 in Vian, Oklahoma. He worked at a tire shop.

Survivors are son, Donald Hardwick and Misty of Vian, OK; four grandchildren, Aiden Hardwick, Jace Hardwick, McKenzie Hardwick and Layla Hardwick; two brothers, Eddie McAlister of Big Springs, TX, Donald Gibbs of Muldrow, OK; sister, Adell Arnold of Arkoma, OK; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.
