Funeral Service for Fannie “Sudie” Center, 79, of Hominy, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Hanson Baptist Church in Hanson community, Oklahoma. Private family burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Funeral Service for Fannie “Sudie” Center, 79, of Hominy, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Hanson Baptist Church in Hanson community, Oklahoma. Private family burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on October 25, 1942 in Hungry Mountain in Cherokee County, Oklahoma to Alice (Lee) Latta and Edward Raymond Latta and passed away on February 11, 2022 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was married to Joe Center on January 16, 1960 in Bunch, Oklahoma. Sudie was a data clerk and a member of First Baptist Church in Hominy, Oklahoma. Sudie loved to garden, raise flowers and sew, but spending time loving on her grandchildren was her most favorite hobby. She loved her family and will be dearly missed.

Survivors are:

husband, Joe Center of the home;

daughter, Andrea Center of Sallisaw, OK;

4 grandchildren, Heather Gray, Raechel Campbell, Luke Campbell and Hannah Hobson;

18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren;

2 brothers, Billy Joe Latta and Theresa of Chalk Bluff, OK and Lonnie Longley of Tahlequah, OK;

and several other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Teresa Lynn Caldwell; one grandson, Ric Wilson; one great-grandson, Mathew Gray; two sisters, Dorothy Hartman and Kathleen Carson; and two brothers, Robert E. Latta and Mike Latta.

Active Pallbearers will be Zakk Wilson, Myirawn Sterling, Robbie Latta, B.J. Latta, John Hartman, Richard Hartman and Ron Gray.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ronnie Latta, Robbie Latta, Justin Latta, Billy J. Latta and Mike Tate.

Viewing will be 3 – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
