Memorial Service for Floyd Howard Pratt, 86, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on December 24, 1933 in Moffett, Oklahoma to Fannie Elizabeth (Johnson) Pratt and Robert Samuel Pratt and passed away on September 10, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Donna Mae (Polk) Pratt in 1984 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She preceded him in death on October 13, 2010. He was a United States Navy Veteran, owner and operator of Valley X-Ray and of the Christian Faith.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Janet Abramson and Mike of Buena Park, CA and Linda Klick of the home;

1 son: Phillip Pratt and Misty of California;

2 step-daughters: Pam Heath of Arizona and Beverly Kemp of California;

12 grandchildren;

numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren;

2 brothers: Roy Pratt of Washington and Eddie Pratt of California;

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded by his wife; parents; 9 brothers and sisters.
