Fonda Michelle Lewis-Cantwell was born October 16, 1964 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the daughter of Robert Lee and Barbara Drucillia (Riggs) Lewis. She passed this life on August 8, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 52.

She leaves to mourn her passing:
