Funeral Service for Frances Marie Leal, 81 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on October 14, 1940 in Artesia, California to Wilemena Machado and Francis “Frank” Rocha and passed away on November 23, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Tony Leal on July 25, 1956. Mrs. Leal was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

Survivors are:

Husband: Tony of the home;

Daughters: Fran Billingsley and Tim of Lemoore, CA, Diane Sanders and John of Sallisaw, OK and Virginia Villa and Laz of Avila Beach, CA;

Grandchildren: Joseph Contente and Nichole, Ashley Villa, Matthew Billingsley and Amber, Cory Billingsley and Megan, Bridget Billingsley, Sarah Balfanz and Jacob, Laz Villa II, Michaela Billingsley, Hanna Villa and Garrett Stone, Maggie Billingsley, Katie Wilson and Troy, Claire Villa and Haley Billingsley;

Great-grandchildren: Mason Paulo, London Contente, Rowan Contente, Betsey Contente, Bo Contente, Elodie Billingsley, Harper Billingsley, Dane Billingsley, Emery Billingsley, Genesis Balfanz, Henley Billingsley and Brooks Balfanz;

Sister: Marian Machado of Modesto, CA;

Brothers: Daniel Rocha and Carol of Huntington Beach, CA and Frank Rocha and Emma of Santa Ana, CA;

Active Pallbearers will be Laz Villa, Jr., James Curle, Rowan Contente, Mason Paulo, Larry Mathews, Cameron Crawford and Joe Contente.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Matt Billingsley, Cory Billingsley, Benny Gonzales and Manuel Pinheiro.

Viewing will be 8 am – 8 pm Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Rosary will be at 5 pm Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
