Memorial Mass for Francis John “Big John” Cheze, 83 of Roland, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on June 20, 2020 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. A Rosary will be held at 9:30 AM prior to the service. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on September 27, 1936 in Franklin Park, Illinois to Sophia (Swierkowski) Cheze and Edward John Cheze and passed away on April 6, 2020 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Georgia Dodson Cheze on March 1, 1969 in Northlake, Illinois. Mr. Cheze was the owner and operator of John Cheze Appliance Service, a former member of the Air National Guard and a Catholic.

Survivors are:

wife: Georgia of the home;

daughter: Lisa Marie Henson and Jesse of Fort Smith, AR;

son: John Edward Cheze and Ashley of Westchester, PA;

7 grandchildren: Brianna Marie Whisenhunt, Brock Thibodeaux, Joshua Cheze, Jase Cheze, Jayden Cheze, Alexis Thibodeaux and Laney Thibodeaux;

numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter: Mary Thibodeaux, 2 sisters: Agness Perryman and Mary Harris and 1 brother: Thomas Cheze.
