Funeral service for Galen Kenneth Knutson, 74, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at 11:00 AM at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on February 11, 1946 in Bowbells, N.D. to Eileen (Dahl) Knutson and Anund H. Knutson and passed away on July 7, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Susie Ann (English) Knutson on December 6, 1969 in Ventura, California. He was a retired Parts Manager for Ford Motor Company and was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors are:

wife: Susie of the home;

1 son and daughter-in-law: Shawn Knutson and Nikki of the home;

3 grandchildren: Heather Chavez, Cole Ward and Shawntel Robbins;

1 great-grandchild: Kaden Chavez;

1 sister: Julaine Graff of Burbank, CA;

3 brothers: Gary Knutson of Santa Cruz, CA, James Knutson of Sallisaw, OK and Curtis Knutson of Ventura, CA;

numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Sam Knutson and John Knutson.

Active Pallbearers will be Shawn Knutson, James Knutson, A.J. Lee, Larry English, Billy Pyle and Mike English.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.
