He was born on February 4, 1958 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Frances and Charles Dial and passed away on April 17, 2019 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Mr. Dial worked in the oil field when he was young and worked at Whirlpool for 28 years. He loved the outdoors.
