He was born on November 25, 1961 in Muskogee, OK to Patricia Roberts Hornback and Clinton Hornback and passed away on August 11, 2020 in Gore, Oklahoma.
Survivors are:
mother: Patricia Hornback of Gore, OK;
1 sister: Teresa Daniels and Emmett of Sallisaw, OK;
2 brothers: Stanley Hornback and Jenny of Gore, OK and Wayne Hornback of Gore, OK;
nieces and nephews: Clinton “JR” Daniels, Michelle Owens, Chad and Rachel Hornback, Larryd and Mickayla Daniels, Angela Moore and C.J. Hornback;
several great nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father: Clinton Hornback, grandparents: Oren Roberts, Louise Roberts, Eva Hornback and John Hornback
Active Pallbearers will be Chad Hornback, Larryd Daniels, Jr. Daniels, C.J. Hornback, Chris Keathley and Sean Moore.
Viewing will be Thursday 1 – 8 PM at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, OK.
