Services for Geneva E. Harp Sanders Evans Ross, 93, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on May 3, 1925 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Mamie (Leigh) Harrison Harp and Clarence Harp. She passed this life on January 8, 2019 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was a retired assembly line worker from Rheem Manufacturing and of the Assembly of God faith.

Survivors are:

2 sons and 1 daughter-in-law: Robert Sanders and Cherry of Marble City, OK and Jace Evans of Sallisaw, OK

2 daughters and 1 son-in-law: Jackie and Jerry Watts of Sallisaw, OK and Sue Crable of Kansas City, MO

1 sister: Lillian New of Union City, CA

13 grandchildren

several great and great great grandchildren

2 sisters-in-law: Mildred and Marsha Harp both of Sallisaw, OK

2 step sons: Danny Ross of Sallisaw, OK and Jim Ross of Tulsa, OK

2 step daughters: Betty Hightower of Tulsa, OK and Wanda Umbarger of Tulsa, OK

1 step daughter-in-law: Helen Ross of Broken Arrow, OK

several other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Jenkins “Jack” Sanders; 2nd husband, Melvin Evans; 3rd husband, George Ross; step son, Don Ross; parents; 2 brothers, George and Ralph Harp; and 4 sisters, Daisy Clark, Gladys Payne, LeDenna Harrison and Unita Harrison.

Viewing will be Wednesday 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
