Services for George Pruitt, 75 of Gore, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Gum Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Gore, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Gum Springs Freewill Baptist Cemetery in Gore, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on July 10, 1942 in Blackgum Community, Oklahoma to Opal Craighead Pruitt and Ivey Pruitt and passed away on February 20, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Shirley Risley Pruitt on June 3, 1967 in Gore, Oklahoma. Mr. Pruitt was a U.S. Army veteran and worked in maintenance at Army Corps of Engineers.

Active pallbearers will be Nick Humphrey, Trace Kizzia, Michael Shade, Jack Locust, Talon Bell, and Andrew Olsen.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Risley, Tom Hebb, Gill Keener, Michael Roybal, Bennett Smith, and Craig Smith.

Viewing will be Sunday 2 – 8 pm and Monday 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, Oklahoma where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm Monday.
