Private services for Gilbert “Bos” Green, 97 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma are under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on February 14, 1923 in Akins community, Oklahoma to Lenora Beatrice (Faulkner) Green and Gilbert Marion Green and passed away on December 8, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Reba Amelia (Littlejohn) Green. Mr. Green was an entrepreneur and owner/operator of healthcare facilities and a member of First United Methodist Church in Sallisaw, OK. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp, serving 1942 – 1945 as a tailgunner on a B-24 bomber.

Survivors are:

wife: Reba of the home;

son: Phillip Marion Green;

4 grandchildren: Phillip Riley Green, Lori Stewart, Tiffany Ellis and Bronson Turman;

5 great grandchildren;

2 nieces: Carol Green Wells and Nancy Skinner;

numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter: Terri Ruth Bass.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in Sallisaw, OK .
