Obituaries

Grover Benjamin Bailey was born on May 12, 1963 in Rockford, Illinois to G. B. Bailey and Bernice (Reece) Bailey. He passed from his earthly bounds on January 31, 2018 at the Bailey Ranch in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 54. Mr. Bailey was a 1981 graduate of Central Public School. He joined the United States Navy in 1986.

Survivors are:

1 sister, Cynthia (Roger) Holland of McCallsburg, IA

1 brother, Dr. Christopher J. Bailey of Talihina, OK

Nieces: Tanya (Nick) Sayre of Zearing, IA, Peyton, Abby and Alexis Bailey of Oklahoma City, OK.

Nephew: Allen Holland of Zearing, IA

Great nieces: Kali Walker, Virginia & Eleanor Sayre of Zearing, IA

Uncle (paternal): John (Janet) Bailey of Rockford, IL.

Aunt (maternal): Sylvia Mosby of Lake City, AR

and many cousins throughout the universe

He was preceded in death by his parents, G.B. and Bernice and a brother, Randy Bailey

The body will be cremated under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with cremains being interned at a later date at the Sallisaw City Cemetery.
