She was born on November 14, 1933 in Hartshorne, Oklahoma to Ruth Ann (Keffer) Stamper and Charley B. Stamper and passed away on October 10, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Wayne DeArmon. He preceded her in death on November 22, 1997. She was a Soft Line Associate at Walmart and a homemaker.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Joseph Wayne DeArmon of Tulsa, OK and Stephen Lee DeArmon of Oklahoma City, OK;

1 daughter: DeAnna Risley of Gore, OK;

6 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren;

1 brother: Larry Stamper of Georgia;

other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; grandson, C.R. Risley; her parents; sister, Patsy Mickle; and one brother, Charles Stamper.
