Memorial Service for Hazel Dixon Green, 74 of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Vian, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on October 14, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois to Almeda (Dixon) Olive and passed away on March 18, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a veteran of the United States Army. Hazel worked in the clerical department at hospitals and was of the Christian faith.

Survivors are:

4 Sisters, Donna Olive of Vian, OK, Carrie Ann Demery of Arizona, Lex Ann Johnson of Chicago and Lee Chaney Smith of Chicago;

2 Brothers, Sherman Olive and Arthur Olive, both of Vian, OK;

Sister-in-Law, Terry Olive of Vian, OK;

Niece, Tiffani Olive of Vian, OK;

and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one sister, Sharon Olive-Brody; and two brothers, Andre Olive, Sr. and Jerome Olive, Sr.
