Helen Virginia Bibb

Helen Virginia Bibb, 90, of Richmond, TX, formerly of Sallisaw, OK, was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 10, 2025. Helen was born to Art and Willie (Owens) Davis on March 16, 1934, in Sadie community, near Sallisaw, OK.

She is survived by her son, J. R. and Judy Bibb of Canyon Lake/Richmond, TX; daughter, Diana Coker of Richmond, TX; grandsons, Joshua and Erin Bibb of Sugar Land, TX, J. D. and Brittany Coker of Fulshear, TX, and Jason and Chrissy Bibb of Katy, TX; great-grandchildren, Avery, Amelia, Alex, and Sadie Bibb; sisters, Linda Dobbs of Sallisaw, OK, and Debbie Harris of Katy, TX; brother, Mike and Shawn Davis of Broken Arrow, OK; and brother-in-law, Doyle Stephens of Katy, TX; along with many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Bibb; parents, Art and Willie Davis; sister, Vivian Stephens; brothers, G. W. and Owen Davis; and brother-in-law, Donald Dobbs.

We mourn her passing yet find peace in the promise of a joyful reunion in Heaven.

A funeral service to celebrate Helen’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with burial following at Sallisaw City Cemetery.

Viewing will take place from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice.
