Hildegard (Herbst) Wiley was born on June 12, 1929 in Nuremberg, Germany to Else Katharine (Hofmann) Herbst and Flaschner Veit Jakob Herbst and passed away on
August 15, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Billie Junior Wiley in 1953. He preceded her in death on November 25, 2007. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

Survivors are:

2 Daughters: Christa Tischner of Germany and Mary Baker of Sallisaw, OK;

2 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren;

Numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; grandson, Ken Baker; one brother; and one sister.
