Graveside services for Hopeful Mae Locust Tiger, 74 of Holdenville, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Redbird Smith Ceremonial Grounds in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on August 30, 1944 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Annie (Stealer) Locust and Joshua Locust and passed away on December 15, 2018 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. She married Ben Tiger Jr. on November 14, 1964 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on September 3, 2012. She was a homemaker.

Survivors are:

1 son and Daughter-in-law, Jeff and Mariam Tiger of Holdenville, OK;

9 grandchildren, Brian, Stephen, Anochee, Marshall, Aaron, Jacob, Tenetkoche, Ben III, and Sarah;

2 great granddaughters, Avery Tiger and Aubrie Butler;

Daughter-in-law, Donna Tiger of Tulsa, OK;

3 sisters, Nan Teehee, Lillian Wildcat and Ida Byers;

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; son, Anthony “Ripper” Tiger; 2 brothers, Tom Locust and Josh Locust Jr.; 2 sisters, Elsie Girty and Dessie Locust; and 1 grandson, Jason Tiger

Active pallbearers will be Grandsons and members of Redbird Smith Ceremonial Grounds.

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
