Services for Houston “Bud” Qualls, 89 of Nicut, OK will be at 10:00 am on Friday, May 3, 2019, at Fellowship Baptist Church in Nicut, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Seabolt Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on November 11, 1929, in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Frona Ballard Qualls and Evan Qualls and passed away on April 30, 2019, in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was married to Nancy Coleman Qualls on May 31, 1958, in Stilwell, OK. Mr. Qualls was a concrete worker and member of Fellowship Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and Sunday School Director. He enjoyed gardening, coon hunting, fishing, horseshoes, baseball and spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and devout family man who will be missed by all.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Kathy Karl and John of Nicut, OK;

3 sons: Donald Qualls and Wanda of Nicut, OK, Ronald Qualls and Barbara of Nicut, OK and Mickey Qualls and Darlene of Roland, OK;

6 grandchildren: Jennifer, Mellissa, Jessica, Dustin, Devin and Brooke;

4 great grandchidren: Mackenzie, Emma, Kyndel and Aiden;

several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers: L.E., Arvil, Cecil, and Ted Qualls

Active pallbearers will be Donald Qualls, Mickey Qualls, Glen Qualls, Glen Qualls Jr., Leroy Qualls and Matt Pratt.
Honorary pallbearers will be John Karl, Ronald Qualls, David Coleman, Greg Walters, Don Cherry, Teddy Qualls and Bob Anglen .

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel – Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm Thursday.
