Howard "Woody" Woodrum

Graveside Service for Howard “Woody” Woodrum, 90, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on April 9, 1930 in Van, West Virginia to Florence Green Woodrum and Dewey Woodrum and passed away on October 5, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, a retired Nuclear Engineer and of the Lutheran faith.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Julie Waters and Boyd of Sallisaw, OK;

2 grandchildren: Derek Waters and Chanlee and Bethany Waters;

1 great-grandchild: Liam;

1 sister: Helen Woodrum of Pittsburg, PA;

1 brother: Jim Woodrum of Van, West Virginia;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Dwayne Woodrum; and one son, David Woodrum.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
