Graveside Service for Imogene (Rogers) Fields, 89, of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Imogene (Rogers) Fields was born on March 15, 1933 in Gans, Oklahoma to Edith (Foyil) Rogers and Ernest Sid Rogers and passed away on March 6, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Charley Floyd Fields. He preceded her in death on August 6, 2013. She was a beautician and owned her own salon in Heavener and Sallisaw. She was a member of The Howe Methodist Church, where she served as a treasurer for many years.

Survivors are her daughters, Tery Magrini of Fort Smith, AR and Vicki McPherson of Conway, AR; four grandsons, Tony Garrett and Tanner (Irene) Garrett, Zachary Magrini and Kyle (Amy) Magrini; nine great-grandchildren, Rylan Garrett, Avi Garrett, Jadon, Trevan, Mason, Miles, Autumn, Crosby and Knox Magrini; two sisters, Ernestine Pigeon of Sallisaw, OK and Kaye Shamblin of Sallisaw, OK; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 58 years; and two sisters, Mildred Springwater and Ruth Kennedy.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dwain Springwater, Mike Kennedy, Boyce “Dean” Moore and Levi Pigeon.

Visitation will be 4 – 6 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
