She was born on November 19, 1941 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Imo Capps Duvaul and Joe Duvaul and passed away on February 23, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Andrew “Andy” Johnson and was a retired cook from Ed’s Truck Stop.
