Irene Pearl (Cole) Burrahm

Funeral Service for Irene Pearl Burrahm, 96, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on August 26, 1924 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Myrtle (Watson) Cole and Henry E. Cole and passed away on December 31, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Quinton Burrahm. He preceded her in death. She was a beautician, seamstress, homemaker and a member of Way of The Cross Church.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Barbara Swearingen of Sallisaw, OK and Angelene Gray of Olivehurst, CA;

1 son: Richard Parker of Muldrow, OK;

10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 9 great great-grandchildren;

2 sisters: Tiny Alfrey of Colorado and Imogene Mays of Perry, OK;

1 brother: Joe Cole of California;

numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; four brothers, Gene Cleatus, Melton and Henry Cole, Jr.; and one sister, Velma.

Active Pallbearers will be Leonard Cathy, David Brown, Keith Biggerstaff and Anthony Swearingen.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 4 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
