He was born on March 20, 1930 in Jennings, Oklahoma to Elsa (Allen) Dunlap and Rufus Dunlap and passed away on December 12, 2022 in Vian, Oklahoma. He was married to Doris Williams Dunlap on April 12, 1947 in Jennings, Oklahoma. Mr. Dunlap was a field service engineer in the oil and gas industry.

Survivors are his wife, Doris of the home; two sons, Gary Dunlap and Polly of Keys, OK and Dennis Dunlap and Susan of Bartlesville, OK; one daughter, Joyce Creager and Rex of Vian, OK; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jim and Robert Dunlap and one sister, Joann Lunsford.
