He was born on July 27, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ruth (Chase) Sidebottom and George W. Dickinson and passed away on March 24, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Lynn Dickinson on February 20, 1982 in Kansas City, Missouri. He worked in Industrial coating sales, was a U.S. Army Veteran, and a Seventh Day Adventist.
