He was born on November 16, 1941 in Ft. Smith, AR to Elsie and William Chandler and passed away on February 22, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Chandler was a general maintenance laborer.

Survivors are:

3 daughters: Brenda Barker of Muldrow, OK, Becca Sykes of Muldrow, OK and Mikayla Chandler of Ft. Smith, AR;

1 son: Jimmy Chandler of Ft. Smith, AR;

3 grandchildren;

3 sisters: Maxine, Verna and Earlene;

1 brother: Junior;

several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother: Jerry and 1 sister: Pauline.
