Janet Marie Bailey Lawson, 61, of Muldrow, Oklahoma was born on July 25, 1961 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Bonnie Mae (Burns) Knight and Bernie Joe Cooper and passed away on February 13, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

Survivors are one daughter and son-in-law, Amanda Reeves and Brad of Muldrow, OK; one son and daughter-in-law, Darrell Wayne Bailey and Annie of Roland, OK; five grandchildren, Carlee Reeves, Christina Jennings and Ethan, Caleb Bailey, Shane Bailey and Shyanne Bailey; three great-grandchildren, Wesson Jennings, Colt Jennings and Sawyer Smith; three sisters, Brenda Watts and Bill of Muldrow, OK, Mona Harl and Charles of Sallisaw, OK and Carlotta Pulliam of Sallisaw, OK; two brothers, Bobby Cooper and Joann of Barnum, MN and Phillip Cooper of Eufaula, OK; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one grandchild, Haley Lowder; one great-grandchild, Remington Jennings; her husband, Darrell Ray Bailey; and her parents.

Active Pallbearers will be Caleb Bailey, Shane Bailey, Ethan Jennings, Terry Young, Bobby Cooper and Phillip Cooper.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jesse Osburn, Toby Norvell, Mike Watts, C.J. Watts and Jacob Pulliam.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
