Funeral Service for Janet Needham, 66 of Liberty community, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 15, 2024 at Liberty Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on March 31, 1958 in Sandwich, Illinois to Juanita (Tucker) Koonce and Wilboughy Merle Koonce and passed away on July 9, 2024 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Terry Needham on February 25, 1989 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Needham was a homemaker, farmer and member of Fellowship Baptist Church

Survivors are husband, Terry of the home; one son, Christopher Fowler of Sallisaw, OK; three grandchildren, Storm'e Ortega and Jesse of Liberty community, OK, River Weddle and Colt of Cole Camp, MO and Breez'e Fowler of Liberty community, OK; four great-grandchildren, Colter Ortega, Meadow Ortega, Forrest Ortega and Haven Russell; one sister, Cathy Koonce and Scott Bradley of Fort Smith, AR; two brothers, Johnny Koonce and Cordia of Maple community, OK and Calvin Koonce and Tammy of Fort Smith, AR; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Rain'e Fowler; her parents and one brother, James Koonce.

Active Pallbearers will be Cody Adams, Channing Chronister, Dwight Keen, Joey Sport, Colt Weddle and Jesse Ortega. 

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Liberty community and members of Fellowship Baptist Church. 

Viewing will be 10 am - 6 pm Saturday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw and 2 - 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
