Funeral service for Janice Lee Mattox, 75 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 4, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on December 20, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Donna Madge (Wise) Robison and James Edward Robison and passed away on July 30, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Paul Mattox on February 24, 1984. She worked at Hiram Walker and worked in medical billing.
Survivors are husband, Paul of Sallisaw, OK;
one daughter, Bonnie Stites and Brian of Sallisaw, OK;
one son, Jeff Mattox and Stacy of Alma, AR;
seven grandchildren, Trinity Kaelin and Andrewof Rudy AR, Halie Bentley and Jacob of Hackett, AR, Robert Shelly of Alma, AR, Natalyn Mattox of Pismo Beach, CA, Donavon Baldridge and Erin of Tahlequah, OK, McKinley Stites of Sallisaw, OK, and Madison Stites of Sallisaw, OK;
three great grandchildren, Uriah Bentley, Ryleigh, and John Kaelin;
brother in law, Brent Mattox and Starlett of Sallisaw, OK;
step mother, Linda Mattox of Sallisaw, OK;
and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Active Pallbearers will be Dan Ollie, Keagan Thomas, Landon West, Brian Stites, Donavon Baldridge, and Andrew Kaelin.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Robert Shelly.
Viewing will be Thursday 10 – 8 PM at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
