He was married to Brenda (Daniels) Risley on March 17, 1989 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on September 17, 2015. He was a farmer, truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Tashua Schwab of Sallisaw, OK and Breanna Landerros of Pryor, OK;

1 son: Earnest Risley of Sallisaw, OK;

3 grandchildren: Billy, Haley and Kyeisha;

3 sisters: Joyce Figuero, Jannifer White and Juanita Cowett all of Vian, OK;

3 brothers: James Risley of Sallisaw, OK, Johnny Risley of Tahlequah, OK and Justin Risley of Virginia;

numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; two brothers, Joel and Jerry Risley; and companion, Kim Daniels.
