Burial will follow at Tom Girty Cemetery in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on September 28, 1964 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Betty (Reece) Collins and Charles Collins and passed away on September 3, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He worked at Georgia Pacific in Preventative Maintenance and was of the Christian faith.
Survivors are:
2 sons, Austin Collins of Van Buren, AR and companion, Lillian and Derrick Collins of Van Buren, AR;
2 grandchildren, Lotus and Zeza;
and several other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jeremy Collins; his parents; and two brothers, Kelly and Greg Collins.
Pallbearers will be Coby Smith, Blaine Owens, Gary Luttrell and Scott Carey.
Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
