Funeral service for Jerry Lee Hammack, 79 of Gore, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Gore, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Gore, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on July 10, 1943 in Haskell, Oklahoma to Margaret Irene (Clark) Hammack and William Newton Hammack and passed away on June 7, 2023 in Gore, Oklahoma. He was married to Brenda Lee (Summerlin) Hammack on April 2, 1983 in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Mr. Hammack was a factory worker and of the church of christ faith

Survivors are wife, Brenda of the home; children, Kelly Hammack and Cindy of Claremore, OK, Katherine Keck and Dan of Sallisaw, OK, Sharlene Barnes and Bucky of Gore, OK and Jason Hammack and Dayna of Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren, Corey, Casey, Matthew, Belinda, Amy, Olivia, Joshua, Lee Anna, Blane, Gage and Payge; great-grandchildren, Scott, Claire, Ayden, Rowdy, Macy, Carson, Jade, Riley, Peyton, Kendall, Oakley, Connor, Caydence, Camden and Cabela; sister, Pat Smith and Leroy of Fort Gibson, OK; brother, Larry Hammack and Jeanie of Okay, OK; step-brother, Roy Ramsey; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Active Pallbearers will be Bucky Barnes, Jason Hammack, Blane Barnes, Matthew Crittenden, Gage Hammack and Dillen Summerlin.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ronald Summerlin, Robert Summerlin, Richard Summerlin, Larry Hammack, Sr. and Dan Keck.

Viewing will be noon – 8 pm Monday at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore.
