He was born on July 25, 1999 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Evelia (Ramirez) Hernandez and Leo Hernandez and passed away on December 10, 2018 in Miami, Oklahoma. He was a student at NEO in Miami, OK and a Catholic.

Parents: Leo and Evelia Hernandez of Roland, OK
1 brother: Leo Antonio Hernandez and Briana of Roland, OK
3 sisters: Ebelia Ramirez Hernandez and Matt McConnell of Roland, OK,
Claudia Ivette Ramirez Hernandez and Adrian Davis of Roland, OK,
and Brizza Virgen Hernandez of Roland, OK
1 niece: Ezelia Estrella McConnell

Active Pallbearers will be Leo Hernandez, Matt McConnell, Adrian Davis, Javier Gonzales, Gerardo Moreno and Jesse Ruiz.
Viewing will be Thursday 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm.
