Funeral Service for Jettie Lee Smith, 85, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at McCoy Ford Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 2, 1935 in Bakersfield, California to Rosie Bell (Goodwin) Newton and James Cannon Newton and passed away on August 2, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a waitress and retired from Data-Tronics at ABF.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Billy Jack Smith, Jr. of Salina, KS and Michael Ray Smith and Rexann of Inman, KS;

1 daughter: Mary Susan Cascaden of Sallisaw, OK;

7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren;

1 sister: Irene Combs of Sallisaw, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Benjamin Allen Newton and Jay C. Newton; and two grandchildren, Jessica Lee Wann and Beth Ann King.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK .
