Services for John Terral Gardner, 85 of Sallisaw,Oklahoma will be at 1 pm on Friday, July 20, 2018 at First Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on September 5, 1932 in Upland, California to Hazel Frances (Beck) Gardner and William Arthur Gardner and passed away on July 15, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He was married to Emma Gardner. He was a switchboard operator Los Angeles Water and Power, U.S. Air Force Veteran of Korean War, and a member of First Assembly of God.

1 daughter: Laura Torres of Lancaster, CA

6 grandchildren

1 sister: Mary Murch of Texas

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris Ann (Murray) Gardner; 1 daughter, Kimberly; 1 son, Leon Gardner; his parents, William and Hazel Gardner; and 1 brother, George Gardner

Viewing will be Thursday 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
