Services for Johnnie C. Wainwright will be at 11:30 am on December 18, 2017 at Muldrow Church of God in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Ft. Smith National Cemetery in Ft. Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc..

Active Pallbearers will be Andy Jackson, Buck Hitcher, Joshua Dees, Stephen Yandell, Alec Swager, Kenneth Harrod, Nicholas Lindholm, Christopher Wainwright, and Case Parra

Honorary Pallbearers are Jim Bearden and Bob McNabb

Viewing will be Saturday 10 am – 4 pm and Sunday 2 – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
The family will greet Sunday from 4 – 6 pm.

Johnnie C. Wainwright, 91 of formerly of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away on December 13, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was born on April 16, 1926 in Haynesville, Louisiana to Annie Deloris (Anders) Wainwright and William Clarence Wainwright. He was married to Robbie Jean (Williams) Wainwright on March 22, 1947 in Richmond, California. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and a minister for over 50 years in California and Oklahoma, retired in 2005 from Church of God in Muldrow, OK.

3 daughters and sons in law: Suella Thrasher and Bob of Mulberry, AR, Shirley Herrod and Ken of Muldrow, OK, and Ronda Swager and Lee of Bakersfield, CA

9 grandchildren: Shirley and Stephen Yandell, Traci and Andy Jackson, Heather and Joshua Dees, Denise and Buck Hitcher, Amanda and Steven Spangler, Nicholas and Suzi Lindholm, Brittany and Case Parra, Christopher Wainwright and Alec Swager

14 great grandchildren: Serai Dee, Kelley Mullen, Cody Mullen, Allie Yandell, Desi Dees, Juliet Spangler, Raylee Yandell, Whitney Spangler, Logan Hitcher, Annee Jackson, Psalm Yandell, Levi Hitcher, Kylan Spangler, Temper Spangler, and Cayden Parra
