He was born on June 28, 1994 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Melissa Dawn Cheek and Joseph Scott Markward and passed away on August 25, 2018 in Paris, Arkansas. He was of the Baptist faith.

Father: Scott Markward and Melissa of Howe, OK

3 brothers: Matthew Cheek of Omaha, NE, Levi Person of Ft. Smith, AR, and A.J. Markward of Howe, OK

Grandfathers: Danny Cheek of McCloud, OK and John Markward of Greenwood, AR

Active Pallbearers will be Matthew Cheek, Kalen Tobey, J.W. Cheek, and Steven Sikanas.
