Funeral Service for Josh McInerney, 40, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on August 19, 1983 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Lisa Dawn (Curry) McInerney and Michael Wayne McInerney and passed away on December 15, 2023 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was a truck driver. He loved hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved his children and family.

Survivors are one son, Landyn Sate McInerney of Vian, OK; one daughter, Lily Adafaye McInerney of Sallisaw, OK; parents, Mike and Lisa McInerney of Sallisaw, OK; one brother, Jeremy McInerney of Sallisaw, OK; one niece, Montana McInerney; one nephew, Weston McInerney; aunts, Sherry Curry and Tony Renfro of Scratchout, OK, Marie Vance and Greg of Marble City, OK, Ernestine Carpenter of Sallisaw, OK and Patty McHenry and Billy of Sallisaw, OK; uncles, Roger Flute and June of Sallisaw, OK, Jim McInerney and Jana of Sallisaw, OK, Robert McInerney and Marcy of Sallisaw, OK and Donald Curry and Clarissa of Brushy, OK; and several other relatives and a host of friends.

Active Pallbearers will be Jeremy McInerney, Steffan Christie, Tony Renfro, Christopher Henning, Jacob Henning, Jamie Robertson and Weston McInerney.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
