Funeral Service for Joyce Christene Brown, 66, of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on November 26, 1952 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Leona Christene (Thomason) Turner and Marlin E. Turner and passed away on November 8, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Bill Brown on November 26, 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death. Joyce had a Masters Degree and was a former Special Education Teacher at Muldrow Public Schools. She was of the Christian faith.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Leann Comstock of Muldrow, OK

3 grandchildren: Paige Hallum of Muldrow, OK, Jaden Hallum of Stillwater, OK and Nichole Ward of Muldrow, OK

4 great grandchildren: Landon, Lilly, Joyah and Adyson

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
