Funeral Service for Joyce Kay Lowe, 81, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 28, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on February 12, 1941 in Pleasanton, Kansas to Anna LaVonne (Kelley) Johnson and Elbert E. Johnson and passed away on November 22, 2022 in Uniontown, Arkansas. She was married to Noel Austin Lowe on March 11, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2003. She retired from Beverly Enterprises as a legal secretary and was an office manager for John Cripps.

Survivors are one daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Mark Parker of Uniontown, AR; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Keith and Kim Lowe of Rockwall, TX, Scott and Melissa Lowe of Sallisaw, OK and Grant Lowe of Sallisaw, OK; nine grandchildren, Austin, Kevin, Dayton, Sydney, Ransom and Chance Lowe, Christopher and Garrett Parker and Ariel Miller; nine great-grandchildren, Jakob, Trinitie and Cora Lowe and Hope, Faith, Trinity, Mark, Noel and Paisley Parker; one brother, Fred Johnson of Durham, N.C.; best friends, Sally and Glen Catlin of Herrington, KS; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and two sisters, Norma Jean Burch and Joan Hanson.

Active Pallbearers will be Dayton Lowe, Christopher Parker, Garrett Parker and Ranson Lowe.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 6 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
