Funeral service for Juanita Faye (Bigfeather) Goombi, 74 of Wagoner, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Bush Cemetery in Marble City, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on November 10, 1948 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Edna Geraldine (Bush) Bigfeather and Walter Bigfeather and passed away on June 21, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was married to William “Bill” Goombi on January 4, 1968 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Goombi was a nutritionist and baker at Union Public Schools.

Survivors are husband, Bill of the home; one daughter, Trina Adams and Jason of Broken Arrow, OK; five grandchildren, Krystal, Stallen, Morgan, Jordan and Kyler; five great-grandchildren, Zander, Wyatt, Alex, Addisyn and Bear; one sister, Leslie Tonihka of Tulsa, OK; three brothers, Robert Bigfeather and Tammy of Stilwell, OK, Jerry Bigfeather and Trisha of Bunch, OK and Troy Bigfeather and Tanya of Marble City, OK; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, William “Billy” Goombi Jr.; one brother, Walter “Sonny” Bigfeather Jr.

Active Pallbearers will be Robert Bigfeather, Jerry Bigfeather, Troy Bigfeather, Stallen Goombi, Kyler Adams and Brian Bigfeather.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jason Adams and Justen Gaard.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 5 – 8 pm.
