Funeral Service for Juanita (Pritchett) Sevenstar, 77, of Bellefonte, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Bellefonte Baptist Church in Bellefonte, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Cemetery in Bellefonte, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Burial will follow at Bellefonte Cemetery in Bellefonte, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on May 12, 1942 in Adair County, Oklahoma to Nancy (Daughtery) Pritchett and Columbus Pritchett and passed away on February 5, 2020 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She was married to Amis Sevenstar on Oct. 15, 1964 in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. Juanita was a homemaker. She loved playing with her grandchildren and picking wild onions. She also enjoyed playing backyard tennis ball when her own kids and neighborhood kids played. Juanita enjoyed being a part of her family’s activities. She was a member of Bellefonte Baptist Church and loved to attend church while her health permitted. She was “granny” to many, but her favorite was “mom.”

Survivors are:

4 daughters: Katie Fourkiller of Stilwell, OK, Bernice Hammer of Tahlequah, OK, Cheryl Garcie of Nicut, OK and Sharon Sevenstar and Ronnie Christie of Marble City, OK;

6 sons: Marvin Sevenstar and Geneva Flynn of Stilwell, OK, Melvin Sevenstar of Julia of Nicut, OK, Nelson Sevenstar of the home, Douglas Sevenstar of the home, Columbus Sevenstar and Brittany Johnson of Stilwell, OK and Eric Sevenstar and Palic Nofire of Long, OK;

25 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren;

3 sisters: Louella Brown of Stilwell, OK, Sally Pritchett of Stilwell, OK and Callie Taylor of Greenwood, AR;

1 brother: Rufus Pritchett of Stilwell, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her her husband, Amis Sevenstar; parents, Columbus and Nancy Pritchett; and 4 brothers: Willard Kirk, Willie Pritchett, Jimmy Pritchett and an infant brother.

Active Pallbearers will be Timmy Sevenstar, Jason Locust, Marvin Sevenstar, Jr., Aaron Sevenstar and Ronnie Christie.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Eric Sevenstar, Bernice Hammer, Bobby Sevenstar, Brandon Sevenstar, Alee Locust and Melvin Sevenstar, Jr.

Viewing will 10 am – 8 pm Saturday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK and after Noon Sunday at her home.
