She was born on February 24, 1973 in Gore, Oklahoma to Donna Grace (Lierly) Woffard and Carrell Woffard and passed away on July 11, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a registered nurse.
Survivors are:
fiancé, Lyle Crosland of the home;
sister, Jeannie Moody of Greenwood, AR;
brother, Marty Woffard of Gore, OK;
and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Debra Long.
Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
