Services for Kathryn Russell Brunk, 88 formerly of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. Mrs. Brunk passed away on December 9, 2017 in Independence, Kansas. She was born on December 23, 1928 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Martha and Troy Russell. She was married to George E. Brunk on January 12, 1946 in Kansas City, MO. He preceded her in death.

Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; son, Randy; parents, Troy and Martha Russell; 2 brothers, Luther and Wilbur Russell; and 5 sisters, Eddie Ogdon, Lois Cason, Ruth Jordan, Eula Newberry, and Dorothy Green
