Kathy Lewis

Graveside Service for Kathy Lewis, 58 of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.

She was born on April 10, 1961 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Wanda (Campbell) Lewis and Jesse “Barney” Lewis and passed away on April 8, 2020 in Spiro, Oklahoma. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Barney Lewis; mother, Wanda Lewis; sister, Charlotte Lewis Taylor; brothers, Jay Warren Lewis and David Lewis. She graduated from Vian High School in 1979, and Carl Albert State College with an Agricultural Science Degree. She had a green thumb and loved to grow flowers and plants. Kathy was always a hard worker and loved working outdoors. She was of the Christian Faith. Kathy loved being a Mom and Grandma more than anything she truly enjoyed spending time with her girls and grandchildren.

Survivors are her companion, Dennis Overton of Vian, Oklahoma;

two daughters, Lisa Little and husband Jesse of Arkoma, Oklahoma, Artie Fountain and husband Jeffrey of Spiro, Oklahoma;

two brothers, Mike Lewis and wife Johnna of Vian, Oklahoma, Kenny Lewis and wife Kathy of Vian, Oklahoma;

four grandchildren, Blayze Little, Gauge Little, Charlie Fountain, Cruze Fountain; numerous other relatives and loved ones.

Active Pallbearers will be Jesse Little, Jeffrey Fountain, Mike Lewis, Kenny Lewis, Justin Williams, Daniel Taylor, and Samuel Taylor. Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve Radford and Clayton Campbell.

Viewing will be Monday April 13, 2020 from 9:00am – 4:00 pm at Agent-Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
