Funeral Service for Katina Beth (Ballard) Cline, 59, of Tulsa, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Vian Creek Baptist Church in Vian, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Barnoski Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 4, 1961 in Miami, Oklahoma to Myria (Locust) Ballard and Tuxa Ballard and passed away on February 27, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a dental assistant, a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Renny Russell of Kansas City, MO and Ross Cline of Hominy, OK;

2 daughters: Whitney Cline of Owasso, OK and Ahyoka Clopton of Tulsa, OK;

8 grandchildren: Rio, Rosabella, Rome, Jeremey, Kaedyn, Myria, Aydin and Beau;

1 sister: Kay Tackett of Evening Shade, OK;

9 nieces and nephews: Chelsea, Destini, Allison, Blake, Xena, Alexis, Michele, Mandi and Trey;

2 uncles: James Locust and Jay Locust both of Evening Shade, OK;

several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Ballard; her parents; her brother, Tuxa Ballard; and one sister, Connie Book.

Active Pallbearers will be Renny Russell, Ross Cline, Kaedyn Harrison, Jeremey Russell, Mvhayv Charcoal-Locust, Buck Locust, Trey Hightower and Ronnie Gilley.
