Graveside Service for Kaysey Denese Crawford, 37, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Redbird Smith Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 15, 1984 in Ada, Oklahoma to Nellie Dorene (Teehee) Johnson and Dale Crawford and passed away on July 8, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kaysey was a homemaker who enjoyed puzzles and cooking. She loved and adored her children. She was a member of the Keetowah Nighthawk Society.

Survivors are:

4 children of the home: Brendan Andrade-Crawford, Alexa Andrade-Crawford, Cameron Andrade-Crawford and Draven Perez-Crawford;

mother and step-father who loved her: Nellie and Leonard Johnson of Westville, OK;

father: Dale Crawford of McAlister, OK;

father figure who raised her: Rex Smith of West Siloam Springs, OK;

4 sisters: Akeria Burger of Westville, OK, Kayleene Harjo of Westville, OK, Kendra Armenta of Broken Arrow, OK and Kristina Teehee of Tahlequah, OK ;

2 brothers: Mitchell Burger of Westville, OK and Nicholaus Holland of Westville, OK;

grandfather: David Teehee of Vian, OK;

5 uncles: James Teehee of Tahlequah, OK, Noah Teehee of Stilwell, OK, Martin Teehee of Tahlequah, OK, J.D. Teehee of Vian, OK and D.D. Hammer of Vian, OK;

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Norene Teehee and her paternal grandparents, Jim and Brenda Jones, and a very special aunt Wanda Jones.

Pallbearers will be Mitchell Burger, Nicholaus Holland, Don Coffee, Noah Teehee, James Teehee, Martin Teehee, Leonard Johnson, Joseph Teehee, Matt Teehee and Paine LeFlore.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Saturday, 2 – 8 PM Sunday and 10 AM – 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
