Services for Kenneth Wayne “Gomer” Pyle, 80 of Roland, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 p.m. on January 24, 2018 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Roland City Cemetery in Roland, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
He was born on October 5, 1937 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to William Henry Pyle and Nola Inez (Pyle) Pyle and passed away on January 19, 2018 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Nancy Janiece Pyle (Richards) on August 29, 1958 in Belle Gardens, California. Mr. Pyle was a electrostat booth operator at Whirlpool Corp., a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Veteran.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Kathy Pyle of Tahlequah, OK

1 son and daughter in law: Kenny and Christie Pyle of Rhome, TX

4 grandchildren: Jessica Tabor, Luke Barthel, Colton Pyle and Cody Pyle

2 great grandchilldren: Avos Denny and Kendall Denny

1 sister: Margaret Janice Trantham of Lufkin, TX

He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Pyle; his parents, William Henry and Nola Inez Pyle and 1 brother, Billy Mack Pyle

Active Pallbearers will be Luke Barthel, Jessica Tabor / Phillip Denny, Cody Pyle, Colton Pyle,
Christopher Edwards and Daniel Richards.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Richards, Paul Richards, Mark Trantham, Gary Richards, Troy Richards and Johnny Richards

Viewing will be Mon. 3 – 8 pm and Tues. 10 – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet Tues. 6 – 8 pm.
